Criteria of setting ambient air

An Air Quality Standard (AQS) contains the information on the type, of pollutants, of their concentration and averaging time, of exposure, of compliance monitoring, of methods of data analysis, of QA / QC requirements, of nature of pollution effects, of likely adverse health effects, of special population at risk and of applicability. This chapter details the types, approaches, content, and ways of the setting of AAQS Ambient air quality standards in such a way so that these can take care of all odds.
